THE BASILIQUE DU SACRÉ-CŒUR

Consecrated in 1919, the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur is one of the City of Light's most emblematic monuments, and the 2nd most visited. Situated at the top of the Montmartre hill, at an altitude of 130 metres, its ascent offers one of the finest views of the capital. Built in the Romanesque-Byzantine style, the basilica is recognizable by its white exterior. Inside, the ceiling boasts the largest mosaic in France, measuring 480 m². And to get a little higher, visitors can climb up to the dome, where the 360° panoramic view of Paris is unique and splendid.

PICTURESQUE DESTINATION

After a visit to the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, the tour continues around the Butte Montmartre: the Place du Tertre and its famous painters and caricaturists, the Espace Dalí, the Montmartre vineyards, the legendary Lapin Agile cabaret, the Musée Montmartre... The stroll continues downhill to the Moulin Rouge, the historic cabaret with its fiery, world-famous evenings.
